1975년 4월부터 1977년 3월까지 만24개월간 집필완료를 목표로 진행된 한국경제의 근대화 과정(1945~1975)에 관한 연구보고서는 KDI의 영문 연구보고서 시리즈인 KDI Working Paper Series 14권으로 1977년부터 1979년에 걸쳐 KDI에서 먼저 출판되었다.
처음 계획단계에서 발제되었던 제목과 Working Paper 로 출판된 서지사항을 다음과 같이 정리하였다. (순서는 총서 Korea Modernization Study Series 번호순이다. 총서번호 12번 시리즈는 찾을 수 없었다.)
